There's something in every atheist, itching to believe, and something in every believer, itching to doubt... does it actually add up? May be because its a Sunday, i was given a thought on this... And to add on to the cause, there was a debate on religions the other day.... wen someone said he is an atheist, he had to confront hundred swords around him awaiting an opportunity to swing.... the debate got heated up... both the parties tried their level best to bring it off.... but finally it ended in a stalemate... :D
But one thing i understood from that... No man treats a motor car as foolishly as he treats another human being. When the car will not go, he does not attribute its annoying behavior to sin, he does not say, "You are a wicked motorcar, and I shall not give you any more petrol until you go." He attempts to find out what is wrong and set it right.... but why cant he do the same in the case of another human being who he thinks has gone wrong somewhere?? why cant anyone let his religion be less of a theory and more of a love affair? i hope you people will give it a thought...
it mite just be a mere co-incidence that i was asked to cut dis out now and take part in the daily prayer...
i would end this with an Irish blessing...

a good thought i shuld say.. the analogy culd hav been much diff... but the root cause of problems is acceptance... or prob the lack of it... wht ppl hav to understand is simple... u can never win an argument bcos once a person wins wins an argument it implies the other has lost.. which is too hard for ny human being to accept, the simple reason being ego.. AND most imp thing of all.. NO1 is right or wrong..its all perspective or relative rather..ur right culd b my wrong nd vice versa... so if som1 belives he is an atheist let him believe so as long as it works for him..ironically, he being an atheist is no longer his prob but the prob of the guy hu believes in god( thi works th other way too)... i dont understd y will ny1 else`s beliefs affect u ... whr is ur trust in urs`???
i think its cos ppl pay for their motor cars but dont spend $$ on humans :PPP
